Grounds where kept immaculately clean, breakfast was extensive. I booked extremely pleasant family room with kitchen. Staff were more than helpful, everything was immaculate. Extremely quiet location to southend magistrate court courthouse. What a FABULOUS SHORT stay, nothing too much trouble.

Pleasant staff, ideal location. Many thanks to manager! Really enjoyed the bed, it was comfortable. The place is 1 km away from Southend-on-Sea downtown. Moreover, there was a free Wi-Fi.

We would come here again! For shots visit Mangetout, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. Truly enjoyed that we had a heating system, an iron and a study table in the twin room.
